A self assembly electronic DIY kit which requires soldering. Construct a flashing star with 16 LED's which are controlled by a pre-programmed PIC (PIC16F1503). 14 different effects can be created. The effects include soft light, strong light, strong inside, soft outside light, strong outside, soft inside light, slow fade, quick fade, slow fill, inside to outside fill, outside to inside fill, 1 flashing LED, counter clockwise rotation, clockwise rotation, spiral in and out and 2 flashing LED's. The kit can be powered from three AAA Batteries (not supplied).
