A wide range of epoxy coated,
multilayer ceramic capacitors (2.5mm), available in a choice of
dielectrics.
NPO (COG): A Low K
temperature compensation type. Extremelystable over wide variations of
temperature, voltage, frequency and time. Very low dissipation factor.
For use in precision timing, active & passive filtering, frequency
setting and tuning circuits.
X7R: A Medium K semi-stable type offering greater volumetric
efficiency. Suitable for by-pass, coupling and filtering in audio &
video equipment, computers, telecommunications etc. i.e.. where moderate
capacitance variations are permissible and dissipation
factor is not critical.
Y5V/Z5U: High K general purpose types for by-pass and decoupling
applications where temperature stability is of no major importance.
Offering the highest volumetric efficiency. |
